The Benefits of Magnetic Bracelets

One of the questions we get asked most often is “can a magnetic bracelet help me with so and so”. And, of course, there is the inevitable “does it work, really?” type of question.

While we wish we could at this point whip out a medical journal and point you to the exact page where science has clearly validated our belief that magnetic bracelets can help you with so and so – we can’t.

The naysayers are about to click off this article, I know.

But those among you who have a more open mind and who are ready to trust empirical evidence even when the science has not caught up with it yet are welcome to explore the benefits of wearing magnetic bracelets, as we lay them out before you here.

In no particular order, then, they are as follows:

Improved Circulation

It all starts with improved circulation.

When you wear a magnetic bracelet, the blood flow in your arm is improved. This can then lead to the faster removal of toxins from your body, and improve the oxygenation of your muscles and organs.

In turn, this will make you feel generally better, help you recover from injuries faster, and lead to all of the other benefits we are about to discuss.

To reap the absolute best benefits, you might want to consider wearing a magnetic bracelet on either wrist. Or, you can just move the one from your left wrist to your right every so often, to make sure both sides of your body experience the same benefits.

Reduced Inflammation

The first by-product of improved circulation is a reduction in inflammation.

Inflammation is caused by all sorts of things: injuries, chronic disease (such as arthritis), infections. It is the body’s natural way of recovering when something is wrong.

However, inflammation can be triggered even when there is nothing to fight, which is when your body starts causing harm to itself. A lack of exercise, poor sleep, excessive stress and an unhealthy diet can all lead to added inflammation.

When wearing a magnetic bracelet, your blood circulation is improved, which then helps resolve the inflammation more quickly. Any redness and swelling will be reduced faster, the pain and discomfort will dissipate sooner, and your joints will also be protected from the added strain of the inflammation.

This is why magnetic bracelets are often worn by those who have arthritis, as they help alleviate the pain and stiffness caused by the condition.

Pain Relief

The improved circulation and reduced inflammation we’ve been discussing also helps relieve some of the pain that comes with injury, or conditions such as arthritis.

They will ease the strain on your joints, making it less painful and uncomfortable to engage even in basic everyday activities, and help you function more independently, even if you’ve just done yourself some serious damage on the basketball or tennis court.

The less pain you feel, the better your mood will be, and this less-stressed state will encourage your body to focus on healing itself faster too.

Improved Flexibility

The stiffness that also comes with a wrist injury or an inflammatory condition such as arthritis also makes your joints much less flexible. This will lead to tighter muscles, more pain and a greater likelihood that you will only injure yourself further, having less than complete control over your movements and a less than full range of motion.

Wearing a magnetic bracelet and its beneficial impact on your circulation, pain levels and levels of inflammation will help improve your flexibility as well.

As the pain and redness, the swelling and tenderness in your wrist start to go down, you will regain your accustomed range of motion, and your muscles will be more nimble and ready to exert more strength in your grip.

Improved Balance

We’re actually talking about that inner sense of balance you feel when your body is free of pain and able to tackle the day without a hitch. However, there is something to be said about the improved physical balance of your body as well.

When you start to rely on a pain-free arm and hand more (especially if this is not your dominant hand), you are likely to at least to an extent disrupt the balance your body is used to. As you are freed from this pain and discomfort, you are free to return to your usual state of balance and equilibrium.

And speaking of equilibrium, achieving that soothed state of being is another benefit of wearing a magnetic bracelet.

We all know how irritable, moody and disgruntled we tend to feel when we have an ache or a pain, especially if it’s a chronic one. Our tempers are shorter, we pick fights we never normally would, and then end up resenting ourselves for flying off the handle like we did.

As you notice some of the pain and stiffness ebb away the longer you wear your magnetic bracelet, you may also notice (or you may not, it might just feel completely natural), that you are that less irritable and that much more in a good mood.

Promotes Relaxation

Which brings us nicely to our next point – the connection between magnetic bracelets and relaxation.

We all know that heightened stress is the bane of a relaxed mind and body. And while we certainly can’t take all the stressors away, those affected by the pain and inflammation you have been experiencing will lessen their grip.

Having one less thing to worry about and one less thing to disrupt the flow of your day, you will find yourself being able to relax more easily. Trying to zen out when you are in any kind of pain, even when it’s a mild but persistent one, is never an easy task, but a simple yet effective asset such as a magnetic bracelet can help you unwind just a bit easier at the end of the day.

Improves Sleep

Magnetic bracelets can improve your body’s production of melatonin.

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland, and it’s in charge of regulating your sleeping patterns. It’s in a direct clash with the hormone cortisol, also known as the stress hormone, which is essentially what keeps you awake and tense when you would rather be sleeping.

With the help of a magnetic bracelet, you can up your melatonin production, helping you sleep better, fall asleep more easily, and get that restful night of sleep your body and mind need.

Getting enough rest will also help your body recover from any injuries faster, as it will have the time it needs to resolve any inflammatory processes that it may be dealing with.

We tend to dismiss the true value of sleep more often that is good for us. Instead of trying to fuel yourself with coffee and sugar, or counting an animal of choice waiting to fall asleep, try a magnetic bracelet.

Improves Overall Wellbeing

Based on everything we’ve just said, it’s easy to spot how wearing a magnetic bracelet can help improve your overall wellbeing.

You’ll be in less pain, the inflammatory processes in your body will be reduced, you will sleep better, all of which will also conspire to put you in a better mood and allow you to embrace life as it should be embraced: with open arms, an open heart, and an open mind.

Do Magnetic Bracelets Work?

And now back to our original point about science vs. empirical experience.

If you ask us (or one of our customers), we’ll without a doubt tell you that magnetic bracelets do work. We will be basing our reply on our own experiences with our own products, of course. We’ve seen tennis elbows recover with a bit of help from a Felicii bracelet.

However, the only way to tell if a magnetic bracelet will work for you is to try it. Luckily, our models are super stylish and chic, so you don’t even have to view them as a magnetic bracelet per se – merely a fashionable accessory.

If it also happens to make you feel better, well, we promise we won’t be there to say I told you so.
