At Felicii we advise that our customers buy a larger size that required so that they can then adjust the size using a local jeweller (the links generally have standard pins holding them together). The charges for a jeweller to adjust the sizing is often less than the return postage to us and more convenient as the size can be better fitted to your wrist.
How to return your order
If your order isn’t quite right, at Felicii, we have made it really easy for you to return your order to us.
If you would like to return something, you can do so by sending your order back to the address at the bottom of your receipt and copied below.
Please ensure your item is in the original packaging and your items in the same condition as when received before you return it to us.
If you have worn a link bracelet but would like to us to add or take out links, we can make the adjustment to the bracelet but we ask that you return the item to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
You may wish to send by Royal Mail Signed For delivery when posting your order back to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit. We recommend you keep your recorded delivery receipt safe, just in case.
Always send your order back securely packaged and in a padded envelope and with the correct postage value. You can use a courier if required although Royal Mail Postal Services is sufficient.
